Really good Stay by the Sea
perfect locationrenovated hotelsmaller balcony
The location was perfect. It was right on the water and included a pool. Easy walking at night provided access to many dinner options. I found the hotel to be beautifully renovated and very well maintained. The staff were lovely, and the restaurant served great food and drinks.
My sea view room had a smaller balcony than I expected. The hotel setting has wonderful views of the bay. The comfortable chairs and sun awning were a bonus, but the balcony size was disappointing.

The staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The cleaners did a wonderful job; they were very friendly and happy. I received excellent service throughout my stay and felt well-cared for by the team.

the hotel boasts an ideal location on the quieter end of the bay. the breakfast buffet on the waterfront each morning was good. i found the main building quite historic, with its deco architecture from the 1920s. i particularly appreciated the staff's friendliness and attentiveness throughout my stay.
The process for exchanging towels at the pool felt slightly inconvenient. A simpler system might improve the guest experience.

I found the room modern and clean. The hotel common areas were beautiful. The breakfast buffet included many options. I appreciated the well-stocked apartment rooms for preparing simple meals.
The towel exchange process at the pool seemed unnecessary, and the staff sometimes seemed bothered when asked for help with it.

The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Rutte and Diego). The reception staff, including Maria and Alba, provided excellent service. Monika offered an excellent guest experience.

I was disappointed by several aspects . the promised sea view from my balcony was partially obstructed. additionally, the room service was inconsistent. Sometimes prompt, other times delayed considerably. i found the lack of clarity regarding additional charges frustrating.

The hotel has a lovely location. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The hotel provided excellent accommodation and food.
I had to wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the bar. It took another 15 minutes to get a drink. The service was not to the expected standard for this star rating.
